Overview: Offer your clients a variety of cardiovascular hybrid formats with this two-day IM=X® Pilates certification! Indoor cycling, IM=X® Jog Boards and jumpboards on the IM=X®  Xercizer are all integrated into IM=X® Pilates routines that increase calorie burning and cardio health benefits. Topics covered include: principles of Heart Rate Training, Target Heart Rate zones, biomechanics of cycling, cycling techniques such as positioning, cadence, and resistance, monitoring workouts by zone training, and jog board choreography. The course comes with a 54-page instruction manual and provides step-by-step instructions and class formats. The IM=X® Jog Board choreography video files are available to support your learning process. Your IM=X® Pilates Cardio offerings will replace your clients' need for a gym membership!

Cycle Xercizer Hybrids: Learn how to combine Indoor Cycling segments with segments on the IM=X® Xercizer to create interval training workouts that are truly challenging and truly unique. These challenging routines provide cardiovascular benefits and intense calorie burning to the participant.

Jog Board Choreography: Learn a series of brand new exercises using Jog Boards to add an element of cardiovascular training, balance, coordination and intensity to your IM=X® routines. Formats can be programmed to range in length from 30-90 minutes and can be taught alone or in combination with other programs.

Certification Requirements: The IM=X® Basic Intensive Certification is a prerequisite for the IM=X® Cardio Certification. To complete the IM=X® Heart Rate Training Course, instructors must have a current CPR certification. A Practical Exam must be successfully completed within three months of course attendance in order to be awarded certification.
